BBS' policy is to retain control of product and project from initial enquiry to final delivery and/or fix, and therefore supplies the following in-house services:-

• Initial technical advice by telephone on customer enquiry to BBS office staff.
• Site survey and/or client office for project discussion by BBS field staff.
• In house design by BBS drawing office design staff using Autocad® computer aided design.
• Own manufacture from start to finish by BBS staff using premium quality materials.
• Fixing by BBS own fully employed and qualified staff.
• Delivery and carriage in own enclosed, liveried vehicles.
